David Comeaux is interim director of development where he oversees the University's development program and staff to maximize philanthropic support for UL Lafayette. He also directs the University's planned giving program. David formerly worked in development with the University of Florida's Levin College of Law, and he was director of the annual fund with the UL Alumni Association. He earned a master's degree in higher education administration from Vanderbilt University and a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.

Rae Robinson Brodnax is a development officer for the University. She is an alumna of UL with a bachelor's degree in business administration. She was previously with IberiaBank and Premier Bank in marketing and commercial development. Prior to her banking career, she was an assistant alumni director at UL. She came to UL from development at Ascension Episcopal High School. She is also a past president of the UL Alumni Association and the Lafayette Chamber of Commerce.

Kathy Rosenberg is a development officer for the University. She is an alumna of Louisiana State University with a bachelor's degree in journalism. She was previously director of development for St. Genevieve Catholic School in Lafayette. Prior to her career in development, she was engaged in sales and design in the field of media advertising. She serves as secretary for the Planned Giving Council of Acadiana.

Gerald Hebert coordinates special event and fundraising initiatives for Ragin' Cajun athletics. To that end, one of the primary goals of his efforts is to connect fans and supporters with each other, the athletic department and the University. He is a graduate of UL Lafayette and a former Ragin' Cajun and New York Mets baseball player.

F. Shane Johnson is responsible for conducting research which enhances the University's alumni, development and public relations programs. He is a member of the Council for the Advancement and Support of Education (CASE). A native of Opelousas, Shane earned his bachelor's degree from UL. He is an active member of Our Lady of Wisdom Catholic church on campus, serving as both choir member and cantor.

Sharyn Donnell coordinates all administrative functions in UL Lafayette's Office of Development. She is a graduate of UL having earned a degree in General Studies. She has been a resident of Carencro for nearly 30 years.
